You can order our products via office@filen.co.uk . Please always add all necessary information such as VAT number, company name, phone number. Remember to let us know about quantity, type of the file, colour and grit. If you didn’t provide a VAT number you’ll be forwarded to retail customer department.

Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into a production queue. We ship via post or courier. The price depends on weight and area where it should be shipped. Once you've provided the delivery address and chose a shipping method the final costs will be calculated.

We offer logo printing on most our products. Minimum order is 800 pcs. Logo should be sent in JPG or PDF. Please provide information about desired color. Only one color logo is possible.
